格隆汇 7 月 27日丨中材国际(600970.SH)公布,2020年7月27日,公司董事会收到董事宋寿顺递交的辞职报告。宋寿顺因个人原因,申请辞去公司第六届董事会董事、董事长及相关董事会专门委员会委员职务。
根据《公司法》、《公司章程》等有关规定,宋寿顺的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效,其辞职不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定最低人数,不会影响董事会的正常运作及公司的正常经营。
