中国银河(06881.HK)与被告达成和解 被告将分期偿还6,651万人币
中国银河(06881.HK)公布,近日收到法院出具的民事调解书及民事裁定书。经法院主持调解,公司与被告达成和解协议并经法院予以确认。根据民事调解书,在及时并全面履行和解协议的前提下,被告应根据和解协议约定分期向公司偿还融资本金、融资利息以及逾期利息共计6,650.98万元人民币,在和解协议依约全部履行完毕後,各方均不再就此前融资融券交易及融资融券合同项下相关事宜向对方提出任何其他权利主张。(el/k) ~
