昊天發展集團(00474.HK):擬通過配售及發行認購股份募資 用作發展生命科學業務
格隆匯7月26日丨昊天發展集團(00474.HK)公佈,2020年7月24日,公司擬透過配售代理向承配人配售最多4億股配售股份,配售價為每股0.25港元,較配售協議日期收市價每股0.29港元折讓約13.79%。
同日,公司控股股東李少宇全資擁有的Team Success Venture Holdings Limited擬按每股0.25港元,認購公司發行的2億股認購股份。
公司擬將配售事項及認購事項估計所得款項淨額用作發展生命科學業務。
