格隆匯7月24日丨金利來集團(00533.HK)公告,公司預計截至2020年6月30日止6個月溢利將較去年同期下跌60%至70%。溢利減少主要由於新型冠狀病毒疫情於以下方面的影響:集團於該期間的服裝服飾銷售較去年同期下跌,集團以國內(包括代理商在內)為主多個零售點的運作皆受疫情嚴重影響,而為舒緩國內代理商的困難,集團已向其提供特別的銷售退貨補助;於該期間的經營權收入較去年同期下跌,因應經營權使用商具挑戰的營運狀況,集團向其提供特別的收費減免;存貨減值撥備金額上升;預期於該期間集團的投資物業將錄得公平價值虧損,而去年同期則錄得公平價值收益。
