第一上海(00227.HK)料上半年虧損超4000萬港元
格隆匯 7 月 24日丨第一上海(00227.HK)公佈,相對集團截至2019年同期的溢利1500萬港元,預期集團截至2020年6月30日止六個月將錄得公司股東應占虧損多於4,000萬港元。
此預期虧損主要由於2020年初2019冠狀病毒病全球爆發所帶來的不利影響,對整體業務活動造成了嚴重干擾而導致(i)2020年上半年錄得投資物業公允值虧損,而2019年同期錄得公允值收益3900萬港元;(ii)受隔離和社會採取保護措施,無錫和巴黎酒店收入減少,;(iii)因2020年初業務關閉將近兩個月,黃山房地產開發項目的銷售減少;及(iv)受市場氣氛影響,承銷佣金收入下降,儘管由於經紀佣金收入的增加而略有恢復。
