大湾区投资(00261.HK)终止贸易业务 另斥2.2亿人币购惠州改造项目
大湾区投资(00261.HK)公布,下半年完成手头的订单後将会终止产品贸易业务。
由於集团不再需要原部件产品的供应,亦没有原部件制造协议项下未完成的订单,因此,公司已按原部件制造协议的条款,於7月24日向中建富通发出6个月的事前书面通知,自2021年1月24日起终止原部件制造协议。
另外,公司斥2.2亿元人民币购入目标公司19.8%股权,目标集团计划出售惠州市惠阳区的一项重大改造开发项目所有开发後的物业,但将会保留学校作经常性收入的来源。
