黑石集团上季可分配利润按年跌23% 符合市场预期
全球最大另类资产管理公司黑石集团(Blackstone)第二季可分配利润按年跌23%至5.48亿美元,受累於疫情爆发令剥离资产变得更加困难,但符合市场预期。
不过由於第二季度市场反弹,带动黑石集团资产价值增长,令盈利大增86%至5.68亿美元。季内私募股权投资组合增长12.8%,而同期标准普尔500指数则上升20%。
上季包括房地产、私募股权公司信贷及对冲基金的投资在内的总管理资产,从3月的5,380亿美元增至5,643亿美元,当中管理相关费用收入增长28%至5.41亿美元。
