城地股份(603887.SH)擬發行12億元可轉債 初始轉股價29.21元/股
格隆匯7月23日丨城地股份(603887.SH)公佈,公司擬公開發行可轉換公司債券,本次共發行12億元可轉債,每張面值為人民幣100元,共計1200萬張,按面值發行。債券簡稱為“城地轉債”,債券代碼為“113596”,初始轉股價格為29.21元/股。
本次可轉債發行原股東優先配售日與網上申購日同為2020年7月28日(T日),網上申購時間為T日9:30~11:30,13:00~15:00。
本次公開發行可轉換公司債券募集資金總額預計不超過12億元(含本數),扣除發行費用後的募集資金淨額擬投資於滬太智慧雲谷數字科技產業園項目一期及補充流動資金。
