星展:下半年續看好電子商務及雲計算等增長型資產
星展銀行零售銀行及財富管理投資總監侯偉福在網上論壇上表示,今年首季環球經濟及股票市場受到新型肺炎疫情嚴重打擊,美國標普500指數一度由高度下挫35%,及後各國政府及央行均推出龐大支持及刺激措施,其中美國政府宣布推出達2萬億美元的財政支持措施,及提出新的1萬億美元基礎設施開支。
他提到,美國聯儲局亦推出無限額的量化寬鬆計劃,購買投資級別債券等資產,料是次量寬規模將等於頭三次的總和,當局的多項政策對風險資產帶來提振。
侯偉福指,目前投資者坐擁巨額現金,有助支持市場表現,而疫情令經濟進一步向數碼轉型,互聯網、電子商務、半導體、雲計算及醫療護理等相關股份在上半年有非常好表現,該行於下半年的槓鈴策略繼續看好有關的增長型資產及後疫情時代贏家,至於收益型資產則喜好房託、BB/BBB級別債券及大型原油企業等。
