《大行报告》野村首予宝龙商业(09909.HK)「买入」评级 目标价24.18元
野村发表研究报告指,宝龙商业(09909.HK)为一家迅速成长公司,且业务独特,与其他大多数物业管理公司不同,主攻的是商业运营服务,占其2019财年收入的82%,加上管理面积增长具可见性,首次给予其「买入」评级。
报告指,母企宝龙地产(01238.HK)计划在2020至2021财年开设23个购物中心,建筑面积达160万平方米,而宝龙商业在未来五年内每年平均可从其母公司签约10个购物中心,另计划平均每年签约5个第三方项目及5个并购项目,预期2019至021财年其整体管理资产总值年复合增长率将达18%。
该行指,宝龙商业拥有吸引的股权激励计划,预计向管理层授出股票将是近期的股价催化剂,予目标价24.18元。
