7月減持逾550億，解禁洪峯剛過壓力猶存

近期，市場高位震盪，前期買入籌碼獲利豐厚，同時對於上市公司原始股東而言，賬面浮盈不斷增厚，減持意願也更加強烈。7月還剩一週多時間淨減持額已逼近年度高位。
7月22日晚間，立訊精密公告，公司控股股東及其一致行動人通過大宗交易減持公司1.85%的股份，摺合交易總額超過69億元。減持資金擬主要用於償還立訊有限銀行借款及支持立訊精密相關資金需求。
立訊精密減持只是冰山一角，不僅如此，7月份是今年的解禁高峯，同時7月22日也是科創板首批上市公司解禁的日期，多重因素疊加，註定7月份市場波動較大。
7月減持逾550億元
近期A股高位震盪，滬指3300點附近來回拉鋸，市場波動加大，面對市場相對高位，上市公司大股東的減持力度亦同步增加。Wind統計顯示，6月份，淨減持金額達564億元，創今年以來新高；7月份還剩一週多時間，淨減持金額已經超過550億元，全月有望再創新高。
信息技術板塊拋售最多
7月份以來，有278家公司減持金額超過2000萬元。從相關公司行業分佈來看，信息技術減持金額最多，超250億元，且有84家公司減持，無論是金額還是數量均位居首位。此外，可選消費、工業、醫療保健、材料等板塊減持金額均超過50億元。
113家公司拋售過億
從大額減持的公司來看，Wind統計顯示，7月份以來有113家公司淨減持金額超過億元，其中39家公司淨減持金額超過3億元，立訊精密淨減持金額最高，超過70億元；隆基股份、格力電器、交通銀行、兆易創新、三安光電、巨人網絡、天齊鋰業、中際旭創等多公司淨減持金額均超過8億元。

作為減持金額最多的立訊精密，控股股東及其實控人之一王來勝的減持是通過大宗交易進行的，接受方也有6個月鎖定期，交易對手可能是機構投資者和緯創。立訊精密剛好要與控股股東聯合收購緯創的兩家子公司。
7月解禁洪峯剛過
隨着科創板解禁洪峯平穩度過，7月份剩餘的時間解禁壓力已大幅緩解，截至月底，還有18只個股解禁市值超1億元，其中，大參林、岱美股份、衞光生物、國聯股份、嘉澤新能、電連技術、景津環保、科瑞技術解禁市值超30億元。
減持公告密集發佈
據不完全統計，7月份以來有超過150家公司發佈減持預披露公告，僅最近幾天就有20多家公司發佈減持計劃公告，密集的減持行為勢必會對市場產生較大的拋壓。
