美國鐵路安全聯盟敦促美國政府制裁中國中車(01766.HK)
美國鐵路安全聯盟、美國鋼鐵工人聯合會及其他人士致函敦促財政部長努欽援引《國際緊急經濟權力法》對中國中車(01766.HK)作出即時、有意義及永久的制裁,以保護美國的經濟及國家安全。據了解,美國國防部在上月公布20家據稱是由中國軍方擁有並控制的企業名單,當中包括中國中車。
此條例允許美國政府將公司踢出美國銀行體系、禁止美國企業及公民與受制裁方進行交易,並凍結其在美國的資產。
據悉,現時中國中車已在波士頓、費城、芝加哥和洛杉磯等地取得重要客運鐵路合同。
