中原陳永傑:「帝御-金灣」較同區一手貨尾折讓15% 極具競爭力
中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,新冠肺炎疫情仍然嚴峻,由帝國集團、香港小輪(集團)(00050.HK)及恆基地產(00012.HK)發展的「帝御-金灣」首批單位訂價已反映疫情因素,較同區一手貨尾有15%折讓。
他續指,首批折實全部低於660萬元,此類銀碼新盤向來最熱銷,項目入場價更低於300萬元,屬近年新盤罕見,即使於二手市場,根據中原地產網上放盤統計,現時全港低於300萬元的私樓放盤只得18個,可見項目極具競爭力,加上發展商提供高成數按揭,相信首批單位全數出售。
