野村:雅生活服務(3319.HK)盈喜優於預期 目標價51.85港元
野村發表研究報告指,雅生活服務(3319.HK)公佈盈利預喜,純利或同比增長超過35%,優於該行預期的增長29%。該行預計,公司最終公佈的業績,中期純利將為按年增長40-45%。該行維持其“買入”評級,目標價維持51.85港元。
野村指,公司將更改名稱為“雅生活智慧城市服務”可更好的反映未來的業務發展,公司將探索城市服務的機會,並構建為智能城市服務的綜合平台。早前,公司與領先的城市服務提供商玉禾田(300815.SZ)簽署了合作協議,這標誌着該領域業務發展的里程碑,預計公司將更積極地參與城市服務領域的併購和合資合作,從長遠來看將帶來新的增長空間。公司管理層早前又指,從長遠來看,預計城市服務可以貢獻20%的收入。
