新交所及納斯達克拓合作 助吸引企業二次赴星上市
據《彭博通訊社》報道,新交所及納斯達克簽框架文件拓展合作,助企業於新交所二次上市流程更順暢。在新的框架下於新交所二次上市所需的文件,可以基於在美國上市的資訊及向美國證券交易委員會(SEC)或及納斯達克提供的文件,但仍要符新加坡在披露方面的規定。
在中美關係緊張的情況下兩家交易所加強合作,將令香港及新加坡兩個金融中心的競爭加大,分析認為今次合作將有利新交所吸引科技企業上市,因為新交所過去受企業退市及缺乏科技企業IPO等問題困擾。
