《盈警響號》梧桐國際(00613.HK)最新料中期虧損增至7,100萬元
梧桐國際(00613.HK)早前曾發盈警,料截至今年6月30日止六個月的中期虧損為6,300萬元。
現宣布,預期集團中期虧損將由上一次公告所述約6,300萬元增加至約7,100萬元。除該等公平值虧損約6,700萬元外,就公司於期內授出的購股權及股份獎勵,經考慮獨立專業估值師對該等購股權的價值進行初步評估後,在期間內錄得行政開支合共約2,400萬元。
於計入該等項目前,集團在期間內受新型冠狀病毒爆發的打擊下,仍錄得業務所產生的溢利約2,000萬元。
