金陵體育(300651.SZ)擬變更營業範圍
格隆匯 7 月 21日丨金陵體育(300651.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年7月20日召開第六屆董事會第十次會議，審議通過了《關於變更營業範圍並修改公司章程的議案》，由於公司營業範圍的變更，還需對《公司章程》作相應修訂，修訂《公司章程》第二章經營宗旨和範圍中的有關內容。具體變更和修訂內容如下：
修訂前：體育器材、健身器材、體育場館座椅、看台、舞台、影視道具、塑膠跑道、升降平台、電子顯示設備、電子計時設備、文體用品及相關產品的生產、銷售；教育設備、辦公傢俱的生產、銷售、安裝；文體活動設備的租賃及服務；自營和代理各類商品和技術的進出口業務；體育場地設施工程專業承包(二級)、市政公用工程施工總承包、建築機電安裝工程專業承包、電子與智能化工程專業承包、建築工程總承包。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)一般項目：通用設備製造(不含特種設備製造)；專用設備製造(不含許可類專業設備製造)；日用品生產專用設備製造；紡織專用設備製造；機械設備銷售；日用口罩(非醫用)生產；日用口罩(非醫用)銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)

一般項目：體育健康服務；第一類醫療器械銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；體育賽事策劃；體育競賽組織；體育保障組織；組織文化藝術交流活動；會議及展覽服務；軟件開發；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；專業設計服務；工程管理服務；國內貿易代理；互聯網數據服務；物聯網技術服務；物聯網技術研發；物聯網應用服務；信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)；體育經紀人服務；機械設備研發；體育消費用智能設備製造；文化場館用智能設備製造；智能控制系統集成；音響設備製造；傢俱製造(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
