鞍鋼股份(000898.SZ)：2020年三次超標處罰均為降雨時防汛排水造成的
格隆匯 7 月 21日丨鞍鋼股份(000898.SZ)公佈，2020年7月21日，上海證券報刊登了關公司超標排放相關報道。其中提到公司2020年超標排放受到環保部門處罰，並對公司排污口的運行情況提出質疑。
經核實，2020年上半年，鞍山市生態環境局對公司防汛排水水污染物進行監測，西大溝外排水污染物超過遼寧省污水綜合排放標準限值，並於2020年6月19日和7月8日下達了三次《環境保護行政處罰決定書》，共計處罰40萬元。
上述事項不會對公司構成重大影響，未達到需披露的標準。
西大溝污水排放口現為公司鞍山廠區唯一污水外排口。自2019年9月份至今，西大溝污水排放口已實現了非雨期零排放。2020年的三次超標處罰均為降雨時防汛排水造成的，汛期集中降雨時，防汛排水通過西大溝廢水排放口外排，導致外排口水污染物部分指標超過遼寧省污水綜合排放標準限值。
2014年以來，公司陸續投入近1.5億元對綜合污水處理廠進行升級改造。其中2015年投入近6000萬元對西大溝污水處理廠進行升級改造，在現有一級處理及膜法除鹽系統基礎上，又增建了處理規模為2000m3/h的廢水深度處理項目，採用高效混凝+曝氣生物濾池+反硝化濾池+V型濾池工藝，處理後水質達到回用標準，該項目的投運為公司生產廢水實現近零排放奠定了堅實的基礎；投入8700萬元增建北大溝污水處理廠深度處理回用項目，處理規模為3000m3/h，採用氣浮+斜板+V型濾池+雙膜除鹽工藝，處理後水全部回用，項目於2019年5月份投入運行。公司生產廢水實現近零排放，目前在國內處於領先水平。
但是由於公司建廠歷史久遠，主廠區面積大、地形管網複雜，在降雨時，防汛排水通過西大溝廢水排放口外排。上海證券報報道內容，經確認，為河道內長期積存水，主要是由於河道排水不暢造成的。
針對此問題，公司立即組織對河道進行清理，疏通污水排放口，同時加強管理。下一步，公司將制定系統的整改措施，徹底解決西大溝排放口防汛排水水污染物超標問題。
