鼎勝新材(603876.SH):決定使用不超7200萬元閒置募集資金暫補流動資金
格隆匯 7 月 21日丨鼎勝新材(603876.SH)公佈,為了滿足公司日常經營發展需要,同時為提高募集資金的使用效率,在保證募集資金投資項目的資金需求以及募集資金使用計劃正常進行的前提下,結合公司生產經營需求及財務情況,公司決定使用不超過7200萬元的閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金,使用期限不超過董事會批准之日起12個月,到期將歸還至募集資金專户。公司使用部分閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金,有利於解決公司暫時的流動資金需求,提高募集資金使用效率,降低財務費用,提升公司經營效益。
