歐科雲鏈(01499.HK)：任煜男做客西安廣電電台節目，解讀區塊鏈如何賦能實體產業
7月19日晚，歐科雲鏈(01499.HK)總裁任煜男受邀做客西安交通旅遊廣播《人在職場》節目，圍繞區塊鏈技術的價值、區塊鏈如何賦能實體產業等話題，與西安交通旅遊廣播主持人李朵、中華工商時報陝西記者站站長劉可等展開對話。
鑑於區塊鏈是一門新興技術，缺乏足夠的社會認知，任煜男在節目中解釋稱，在數字科技方面，雖然互聯網、5G等技術的發展已經很快，很好地解決了效率問題，但在可信方面，區塊鏈能夠解決核心的信用問題，它是一種去中心化、以共識為基礎、全球性的技術，能夠創造新的商業文明和技術文明。
他進一步指出，區塊鏈上沒有傳統意義上的二三線城市，也沒有所謂的百強公司或企業，只有可信的節點，任何人只要有一定的計算機科學基礎，通過閲讀白皮書或參與社羣討論，都可以深入參與區塊鏈帶來的技術革新。
對於當前的區塊鏈產業發展環境，任煜男持樂觀態度：首先，我國正處於高速發展階段，具有非常好的社會基礎和技術開發能力，政策層面的制度建設也在很好地賦能區塊鏈技術發展；其次，區塊鏈產業基礎設施日趨完善，比如設立在北京、杭州、廣州的互聯網法院都有區塊鏈技術相關的判例，目前已有很多司法鑑定機構作為節點參與其中，中國信息通信研究院等機構則在積極推動“可信區塊鏈推進計劃”。“現在是企業大展身手的時候，從業者需要思考的是如何從多個維度參與其中，更好地賦能產業發展。”
區塊鏈究竟該如何賦能實體產業呢？任煜男以文化產業舉例：目前很多IP的創建、傳播和商業化都會通過數字化形式，雖然很方便，但侵權等違規行為比較常見，訴訟環節面臨取證難的問題，最終導致商業模式很難深入推進，影響持續增長，區塊鏈能夠從確權、交易、爭議解決等環節提供解決方案，提高整體運作效率。
歐科雲鏈作為區塊鏈底層設施的提供者，自然不會缺席賦能實體產業的實踐。據任煜男介紹，歐科雲鏈目前主要在運營區塊鏈瀏覽器OKLink，這是全球首個由區塊鏈大數據上市公司打造的信息網站，可以在線查詢幾大主流公鏈的鏈上數據，能夠在數據的解析、流轉、計算、儲存、查詢等方面提供高性能。
與此同時，歐科雲鏈還在積極參與區塊鏈產業人才培養。任煜男透露，儘管當前全球經濟形勢不太樂觀，歐科雲鏈仍在推進區塊鏈人才發展計劃——“鯤鵬計劃”，向廣大應屆畢業生以及各類對區塊鏈感興趣的專業人士“張開雙臂”。
