阿里健康(00241.HK)於官方微博表示,针对有报道指阿里(09988.HK)减持公司股份约1.54亿股,持股降至67.51%为假消息,呼吁市场厘清基础事实。
据联交所权益披露资料显示,云锋基金透过旗下的 Innovare Tech Limited ,於上周二(14日)以平均价每股22.65元,售出近1.54亿股阿里健康股份,涉及约34.88亿元,云锋基金持股降至约32.3%。云锋基金由阿里巴巴创办人马云与好友虞锋共同创立,主要投资电讯、科技及媒体等行业。
