绿城中国(03900.HK)急弹11%重越牛熊线 溢价35.5%引资A股新湖中宝为第三大股东
绿城中国(03900.HK)以每股9.5元(较上周五收市价溢价35.5%)向A股新湖中宝股份(600208.SH)全资附属配售3.23亿股或占绿城扩大後已发股本12.95%,成为继中交集团及九仓後,公司第三大股东,集资30.685亿元,主要用作还债及营运资金。交易完成後,新湖中宝将持有绿城近13%权益,成为中交集团及九仓後,第三大股东。另外,绿城以总代价逾18.23亿人民币收购新湖中宝两间附属权益,参与江苏南通一个项目。
绿城中国今早一举突破20天、10天及牛熊线(7.38-7.48元),曾急弹17%高见8.23元,现造7.76元,急弹11%,成交增至820万股,涉资6,470万元。
