东亚银行(00023.HK)续涨17%重越百天线 传初步检讨拟售中港银行业务
市传东亚银行(00023.HK)正洽售旗下中港业务,该股继昨天跌至13.98元创至少逾八年低位获承接倒升後,今早一举重越4条移动平均线(百天线为16.76元),最高见17.68元,半日收17.18元,急涨17%,半日成交已倍增至643万股,涉资1.08亿元。
英国《金融时报》引述消息指,东亚自3月委托高盛对该行资产进行策略性检讨,促使该行向金融及机构投资者就出售其中港银行业务进行初步磋商外,保险部门亦拟出售,消息又指所有业务都预备出售,但潜在出售讨论只属初步阶段。相关策略性检讨原定於6月完成,但因新冠肺炎疫情已推迟至9月。
