中原银行(01216.HK)涨10%创七个月高 市前有溢价15%涉资10亿元大手上板
中原银行(01216.HK)市前有8宗合共7.26亿股以每股1.38元(较上周五收市价溢价15%)非自动对盘上板,涉资约10亿元。该股今早曾涨13%高见1.36元,创七个月高,但暂受制牛熊线(1.52元),现造1.32元,升10%,成交急增至7.275亿股,涉资逾10亿元。
中原银行是河南省省级城市商业银行。股份於2017年6月以每股2.45元来港发行33亿股H股,挂牌後股价於2018年4月反覆高见2.6元已行人止步。公司3月尾公布,去年纯利按年升31%至31.64亿人民币(下同),每股盈利13分,末期股息按年增近29%至4.5分(5月20日除净)。期内营业额按年升逾13%至190.22亿元。
