恒生(00011.HK)削第一次中期息至每股1.1元 午後股价转跌0.6%
恒生银行(00011.HK)今年度第一次中期息按年同期减少21.4%。该行今日中午(28日)宣派2020年度第一次中期息每股1.1元,并会於6月4日派发予5月15日名列股东名册之股东;去年同期则派每股1.4元。该行半日收升1%,报135.4元。恒生午後股价略软,届今午1时04分,报133.2元,转跌约0.6%,成交130.6万股,涉资1.76亿元。
该行称,新冠肺炎对环球经济带来史无前例的不明确因素及挑战。尽管本地监管机构没有像海外监管机构一样,划一要求公司暂停派息,但考虑到种种不明朗因素,监管机构建议银行应保留资金储备以应对将来潜在的挑战,以及用以支持香港经济活动。为平衡社会各持份者的利益,公司以采取审慎方式管理业务,包括股息派发。恒生董事会将继续审视余下一年的股息派发。
