达美航空冀机师减薪以换取避免放无薪假
据《路透社》报道,达美航空(Delta Air Lines)通知机师,若同意降低最低工资保证,将可避免放无薪假。
达美航空第二季度收入大跌91%,调整後的税前亏损达39亿美元。目前公司正致力削减成本,超过1.7万名员工参与采取自愿离职计划,当中包括1,700多名机师。
达美航空高级营运副总裁John Laughter向机师建议,未来12个月降低最低工资保证15%,以换取避免放无薪假,因目前美国部分地区的感染率上升,机位提前预订已经陷入停顿,航空需求仍下降约80%,预计在美国感染率再次下跌之前,不会有明显的改善。
