格隆匯 7 月 20日丨貴陽銀行(601997.SH)公佈,公司於2020年7月20日召開第四屆董事會2020年度第六次臨時會議,審議通過了《關於貴陽銀行股份有限公司撤回非公開發行股票相關申請文件並重新申報的議案》。
公司各項業務經營正常,撤回本次非公開發行A股股票申請文件並重新申報,是在綜合考慮最新監管要求、資本市場環境並結合公司實際情況提出的,不會對公司正常經營與持續穩定發展造成重大影響,不會損害公司及股東、特別是中小股東的利益。
公司將結合監管政策、資本市場情況、公司戰略規劃及發展需求等,修改調整非公開發行方案並儘快重新申報。
