通達股份(002560.SZ)上半年淨利增長69.01%至9437.27萬元 擬10派1元(含税)
格隆匯 7 月 19日丨通達股份(002560.SZ)發佈公告，2020年上半年，實現營業總收入約10.32億元，比上年同期增長10.18%；歸屬於上市公司所有者的淨利潤約9437.27萬元，比上年同期增長69.01%；實現基本每股收益0.21元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
2020年1-6月份，公司按照既定戰略和經營計劃規範運作，主要有以下幾個方面：(1)積極推進“航空零部件製造基地建設項目”建設。公司積極推進“航空零部件製造基地建設項目”建設，成為國內航空零部件行業首家引進國際上最先進的德國DST智能化航空零部件柔性加工生產線的民營企業。項目建成後，將從根本上改變目前國內飛機零部件加工單人單機、人員密集、效率低下的傳統模式，進而實現數字化、無人化、集約化、效能化的智能高效生產。現該項目已完成一期和二期設備的安裝調試，已開始小批量試製產品。
(2)積極推進非公開發行股票募集資金工作。2020年5月11日,公司非公開發行A股股票申請獲得中國證監會受理，擬募集資金不超過60,000萬元，主要用於航空零部件製造基地建設項目與新都區航飛航空結構件研發生產項目等。2020年6月4日，公司收到了《中國證監會行政許可項目審查一次反饋意見通知書》，並於2020年6月18日回覆了反饋意見。
(3)利用階梯電價錯峯生產，降低生產成本；對整個生產、採購流程進行全面梳理，優化資金結構減少管理費用、財務費用；強化期貨套期保值工作，對整個套期保值流程進行重設，責任到人，強化進、銷、存數據的真實有效，儘可能對衝原材料價格上漲帶來的成本壓力。
(4)完善產品結構。針對市場環境的變化，公司加大研發投入，通過引進人才等方式，加大電纜新品的研發力度，優化產品結構，並不斷拓展國內外新的市場領域，目前公司電纜類產品已取得中、低壓生產許可證、中國國家強制性產品認證證書(3C認證)等資質。公司電纜產品的擴充將有效地改善公司的產品結構，為公司業績的穩定增長提供有力的支撐。
