愛朋醫療(300753.SZ):擬以自有資金投資設立全資子公司愛朋發展
格隆匯 7 月 17日丨愛朋醫療(300753.SZ)公告,公司於2020年7月17日召開第二屆董事會第七次會議,審議通過了《關於投資設立全資子公司的議案》,該議案尚需提交股東大會審議。本次對外投資不涉及關聯交易,不構成《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》規定的重大資產重組。
為配合公司開展新業務的需求,公司擬以自有資金投資設立全資子公司江蘇愛朋醫療科技發展有限公司(以下簡稱“愛朋發展”,暫定名,最終以工商核准的名稱為準),註冊資本1.48億元人民幣。
