牧原股份(002714.SZ)：上半年業績扭虧為盈至107.84億元
格隆匯 7 月 17日丨牧原股份(002714.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入210.33億元，同比增長193.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤107.84億元，上年同期虧損1.56億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤108.11億元，上年同期虧損2.02億元；基本每股收益2.93元。
2020年上半年，面對非洲豬瘟、新冠疫情的雙重影響，公司快速響應、積極應對，在春節後快速復工、復產，為穩產保供做貢獻。公司於2020年1月29日召開了第三屆董事會第二十二次會議審議通過了《關於捐贈1億元支持新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控的議案》，上半年公司用於新冠疫情的專項捐贈累計1億元，用於全國新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作。
同時，高豬價帶來了高紅利，公司的利潤、現金流顯著改善。公司科學籌劃、穩步實施，在統籌資金、物資建材、人力資源等的基礎上，加大建設力度，尤其是二季度建設速度相比一季度明顯加快。公司上半年累計資本開支179.89億元，超過2019年全年水平。
2020年上半年，公司銷售生豬678.1萬頭，比上年同期增長16.61%，其中商品豬396.7萬頭，仔豬273.1萬頭，種豬8.3萬頭。由於行業仍然存在一定的供需缺口，生豬價格持續高位運行，公司主營業務盈利水平同比大幅上升。
報告期內，公司主要圍繞提升場區生物安全防控、擴大生豬養殖產能以及屠宰場建設等工作進行，截止6月30日，公司固定資產及在建工程餘額為429.27億元，比年初增加154.64億元。報告期內，公司加快在南方區域的發展佈局，在湖南、廣東、廣西、雲南、貴州、浙江、海南等省份設立子公司，增加生豬出欄量，保證豬肉供應。同時，公司在內鄉開始嘗試樓房養豬，並在生產管理、飼料供應、糞污處理等方面使用大量新技術、新設備，提高生產效率和健康水平。
報告期內，公司加快下游屠宰環節的佈局，在河南、山東、內蒙古、遼寧、吉林、黑龍江等公司生豬產能較為集中的地區成立10個屠宰子公司。同時，公司做好市場調研，組建管理、銷售團隊，做好人才儲備，為公司屠宰業務的開展做好充足準備。下半年，預計牧原肉食和正陽肉食將會進入試運行階段。
報告期內，公司持續加大對智能化、信息化、疾病研究、豬舍設計等研發項目的投入。公司將新的技術應用到養豬中，加大對優秀技術成果及生產成績的獎勵力度，推動公司養殖技術的進步和生產效率的提高，支撐公司快速發展。
