格隆匯 7 月 17日丨中國東方航空股份(00670.HK)發佈公告，2020年6月，公司客運運力投入(按可用座公里計)同比下降52.05%，其中國內、國際和地區航線客運運力投入分別同比下降26.63%、95.76%和95.83%；旅客週轉量(按客運人公里計)同比下降61.51%，其中國內、國際和地區航線旅客週轉量分別同比下降41.13%、96.88%和99.26%；客座率為66.44%，同比下降16.35個百分點，其中國內、國際和地區航線客座率分別同比下降16.44、21.63和68.54個百分點。
隨着國內新冠肺炎疫情防控取得階段性重要成果，全國復工復產復商復市穩步推進，航空市場需求逐漸恢復，2020年6月公司國內客運運力投入較上月環比上升23.1%，國內旅客運輸量環比上升25%。但全球新冠肺炎疫情發展的不確定性對公司國際航線影響程度巨大，國際市場恢復存在較大不確定性。公司將積極把握市場需求，落實“外防輸入、內防反彈”各項要求，根據新冠肺炎疫情發展形勢、市場恢復情況和防控政策變化，動態調整優化航線航班佈局和運價。
貨運方面，2020年6月貨郵載運量較上月環比上升13.71%。公司貨運業務為隨客機運行的腹艙載貨，該業務已交由公司控股股東下屬附屬公司東方航空物流股份有限公司(“東航物流”)承包經營。在新冠肺炎疫情持續期間，醫療和抗疫物資需求較旺盛，公司及時對部分客機進行貨運改裝(“客改貨”)，提升航空貨運運力；相關貨運業務交由東航物流具體負責對外經營，雙方按一般商務條款公平結算。
截至該公告日，公司已對14架A330飛機進行客改貨並投入運營，較上月新開廣州—達拉斯、寧波—胡志明、濟南—洛杉磯等國內至國外貨運包機航線以及浦東—深圳國內貨運包機航線。今年6月，公司新開國內客運航線上海—朝陽。
新冠肺炎疫情對全球航空業造成巨大沖擊，公司所處的航空業也面臨前所未有的嚴峻局面，旅客出行的需求和意願大幅降低，預計公司2020年上半年的經營業績會受到重大不利影響。
2020年上半年，公司積極應對市場需求的變化，及時調整運營策略，動態優化調整運力投放，統籌推進疫情防控和復工復產。公司推出一系列復工復學包機、“週末隨心飛”等產品，推出客載貨、客改貨等舉措，加強防疫物資運輸，提升航空貨運能力。同時，公司積極爭取各方面政策支持，實施嚴格的成本管控措施，確保運營現金流穩定。公司將持續關注新冠肺炎疫情的進展情況，緊密跟蹤市場需求的變化情況，積極應對新冠肺炎疫情給公司生產經營帶來的風險和挑戰，努力降低新冠肺炎疫情帶來的不利影響。
2020年6月，公司引進1架ARJ21飛機，退出兩架B737-800飛機，合計運營721架飛機，其中自有飛機265架，融資租賃飛機260架，經營租賃飛機196架。
