復星醫藥：子公司新冠病毒疫苗獲臨床試驗批准
uSMART友信智投7月16日消息，復星醫藥今日早間在港交所發佈《關於控股子公司獲藥品臨床試驗批准的公告》。
一、概況
近日，上海復星醫藥（集團）股份有限公司（以下簡稱“本公司”）控股子公司上海復星醫藥產業發展有限公司（以下簡稱“復星醫藥產業”）收到國家藥品監督管理局（以下簡稱“國家藥監局”）關於其獲許可的新型冠狀病毒 mRNA疫苗（BNT162b1）（以下簡稱“該疫苗”）用於預防新型冠狀病毒肺炎的臨床試驗批准。復星醫藥產業擬於條件具備後於中國境內（不包括港澳台地區，下同）開展該疫苗的 I期臨床試驗。
二、該疫苗的研究情況
復星醫藥產業於 2020 年 3 月獲德國 BioNTech SE（以下簡稱“BioNTech”）授權，在區域內（即中國大陸及港澳台地區，下同）獨家開發、商業化基於其專有的mRNA 技術平台研發的、針對新型冠狀病毒的疫苗產品，BioNTech 為該疫苗在區域內的權利人。
該疫苗為預防用生物製品，擬主要用於 18 歲及以上人群預防新型冠狀病毒肺炎。
截至本公告日，該疫苗分別在德國、美國處於 I 期臨床試驗中；全球範圍內尚無基於 mRNA 技術平台研發的預防性疫苗獲得上市批准。
截至 2020 年 6 月，本集團（即本公司及控股子公司/單位）現階段針對該疫苗的累計研發投入約為人民幣 1,406 萬元（未經審計；包括許可費）。
三、風險提示
1、根據目前中國境內關於疫苗產品的審批要求，在研疫苗產品需完成臨床前研究、臨床試驗批准、臨床 I 期、II 期和/或 III 期試驗、上市批准、生產設施認證/核查（如適用）等主要環節，方可上市。因此，按預防性疫苗的常規臨床試驗及註冊流程，預計該疫苗短期內無法於中國境內上市。
2、截至本公告日，全球範圍內尚無基於 mRNA 技術平台研發的預防性疫苗獲得上市批准。該疫苗已獲國家藥監局臨床試驗批准，能否順利進入臨床試驗、開展臨床試驗的起始時間等，存在不確定性。
3、根據疫苗研發經驗，臨床試驗研究存在一定風險。若該疫苗進入臨床試驗階
段，臨床試驗進展及結果受到（包括但不限於）試驗方案設計、受試者招募情況、疫情發展等因素影響，並可能因臨床試驗的安全性和/或有效性等問題而終止，存在不確定性。
4、即使該疫苗能夠獲准在境外上市，該疫苗在區域內能否獲得相關藥品監管機
構的上市批准、獲得上市批准的時間等，存在不確定性。
5、疫苗上市後的銷售情況亦受（包括但不限於）疫情發展、市場環境、銷售管道等諸多因素影響，該疫苗在區域內的銷售情況存在不確定性；同時，根據美國東部時間 2020年 3 月 13 日復星醫藥產業與 BioNTech 所簽訂的《Development and License Agreement》（即《授權合約》），該疫苗將由 BioNTech 負責供貨，未來該疫苗於區域內的銷售情況亦受 BioNTech 生產及/或供應鏈能力影響。
6、該疫苗為預防性疫苗，根據該類型疫苗的接種實踐，其防疫效果可能因人體的個體差異而有所不同，有少數接種者可能會發生不良反應。
