格林美(002340.SZ)：下屬公司擬5.28億元建設新能源高值化循環利用項目
格隆匯 7 月 16日丨格林美(002340.SZ)公佈，針對長三角正在快速成為中國新能源汽車的消費中心和報廢中心的現實，為推動公司新能源全生命週期循環價值鏈模式在長三角的應用，大幅提升公司在動力電池與新能源汽車綠色回收領域的核心地位，近日，公司全資下屬公司格林美(無錫)能源材料有限公司(“無錫格林美”或“乙方”)與無錫空港經濟開發區管理委員會(“無錫空港經開區管委會”或“甲方”)本着“優勢互補、平等互利、共同發展”的原則，就投資新能源高值化循環利用項目(年回收處理10萬套動力電池與年回收處理10萬輛新能源汽車)事宜達成一致意見並簽署了《新能源高值化循環利用項目投資協議》。
雙方一致認為，項目符合“生態優先、綠色發展”的新發展理念，符合打贏“污染防治攻堅戰”的現實需要，是推動新能源汽車健康發展的重要舉措。雙方一致同意共同努力，通過世界先進的技術與綠色發展模式，在無錫空港經濟開發區建設江蘇省動力電池與新能源汽車綠色回收利用的產業示範基地和工程技術研究中心，成為世界先進的動力電池和新能源汽車回收利用與綠色處置中心，為無錫市和江蘇省的循環經濟發展做出新的貢獻。
乙方擬利用其無錫市新吳區新東安路50號的土地，投資5.28億元建設新能源高值化循環利用項目，形成高值化循環利用10萬輛/年新能源汽車、高值化循環利用10萬套/年動力電池包的產業規模及打造一個高值化利用工程研究中心的研發平台，建成江蘇省動力電池與新能源汽車綠色回收利用的產業示範基地和工程技術研究中心，成為世界先進的動力電池和新能源汽車回收利用與綠色處置中心。乙方計劃該項目將在2020年10月前開工建設，預計2022年9月前竣工投產。
此次投資完成後，公司將在無錫建成年回收處理10萬套動力電池與年回收處理10萬輛新能源汽車基地，並依託公司在泰興的化學基地，有效構建長三角地區“新能源汽車回收拆解—動力電池包回收—梯次利用—報廢—動力材料再製造—動力電池再製造—動力電池包再製造”的新能源全生命週期價值鏈，進一步夯實格林美全球“電池回收—前驅體材料再造—材料再造”的循環產業鏈，完成公司在珠三角、華中、中原、京津冀、長三角等主要區域的動力電池回收與新能源汽車回收產業大布局，形成公司覆蓋東西南北中的新能源汽車與動力電池回收產業體系，對強化公司在中國新能源汽車與動力電池回收市場的聚集能力具有非常重要的戰略意義，將大幅提升公司在全球動力電池與新能源汽車綠色回收領域的核心地位，進一步增強公司核心競爭力和持續盈利能力。
