隆基泰和智慧能源(01281.HK)料中期淨虧損約3400萬元
格隆匯 7 月 16日丨隆基泰和智慧能源(01281.HK)發佈公告,預期集團於截至2020年6月30日止六個月期間的收益將較2019年同期相比下降約15%,錄得歸屬於公司擁有人的淨虧損約人民幣3400萬元,而2019年同期歸屬於公司擁有人的溢利約人民幣1800萬元。
預期該期間業績下滑的主要原因包括毛利率較高的分佈式供熱及供熱相關的管理服務部分項目已於該期間終止,公建建設業務的收入雖然於該期間有所增加但其毛利率較低,導致整體業務的收入和相關利潤較2019年同期有所下降。
