重慶機電(02722.HK)聯營公司簽訂土地受讓合同
重慶機電(02722.HK)公布,因聯營公司重慶ABB將實施搬遷,經重慶市人民政府批准,於近日與重慶市規劃與自然資源局簽訂了《國有建設用地使用權受讓合同》。合同約定受讓土地總對價為4,022萬元人民幣,重慶ABB同意按照合同條款在今年7月16日之前,一次性付清土地總價款。
是次受讓土地坐落於重慶市兩江新區魚嘴組團F分區F22-1-1/04地塊,總面積為15.96萬平方米。是次合同項下的國有建設用地使用權受讓年期為50年,將用於重慶ABB實施整體搬遷。
公司指,土地受讓合同將為重慶ABB實施整體搬遷提供必要場所,為創造更高的經濟效益提供有利保障。
