金山能源(00663.HK)发行5000万港元可换股票据 转换价溢价14.3%
格隆汇7月15日丨金山能源(00663.HK)公告,于2020年7月15日,公司与认购人西泽投资管理有限公司及Atlantis China Star Fund Limited订立认购协议,据此,公司有条件同意发行本金总额为5000万港元的可换股票据。转换价每股转换股份0.08港元,较7月15日收市价每股0.070港元溢价约14.3%。
假设可换股票据附带转换权按转换价0.08港元获悉数行使,则将配发6.25亿股转换股份,相当于公司现有已发行股份约8.57%及公司经配发扩大后已发行股份约7.90%。
认购事项所得款项净额将为约4980万港元,约4000万港元用于医疗用品贸易及约980万港元用于一般营运资金。
