中國利郎(01234.HK)中期淨利預減30%至35%
格隆匯 7 月 15日丨中國利郎(01234.HK)發佈公告,根據集團截至2020年6月30日止六個月的未經審核管理帳目的初步審閲及董事會現時可獲得的資料,集團預期該期間淨利潤較2019年同期減少30%至35%,淨利潤減少主要由於銷售收入下跌。
公告表示,受到新型冠狀病毒疫情的影響,2020年上半年“LILANZ”產品總零售額與2019年同期比較下跌30%至35%。為減輕分銷商渠道庫存的壓力,集團已取消部分分銷商2020年春、夏季訂貨會訂單合共約人民幣1.40億元(批發價,不含增值税)。誠如集團在2019年年報披露,集團計劃推動分銷商增加在奧特萊斯商場開店,預期在下半年開始落實,有助及時清理該批庫存。
此外,集團按計劃減少2020年秋季產品的生產數量,以配合春季渠道庫存的消化,加上受疫情影響,在第二季度召開的秋季訂貨會延遲超過一個月,因此該期間的秋季產品銷售比去年同期明顯減少。
