《大行報告》摩通:周大福(01929.HK)上財季業績勝預期 市場或上調盈測
摩根大通發表報告表示,周大福(01929.HK)截至今年6月底止首財季內地及港澳同店銷售分別下跌約11%及76%,大致符合該行預期,但高於市場預期,更估計集團6月份同店銷售有明顯改善。
該行補充,零售銷售勢頭逐步恢復令人鼓舞,更重要的是,銷售回升以及持續的成本優化計劃將有可能有助改善周大福運營槓桿,令公司於2021財年的毛利率較同業優勝,相信會帶動市場上調盈測的機會。該行維持其「增持」評級,更為零售股首選,目標價為8.5元。
