祖龍娛樂(09990.HK)公開發售股份超購約122.01倍 預期7月15日上市
格隆匯 7 月 14日丨祖龍娛樂(09990.HK)發佈公告，公司擬全球發售股份1.874億股，其中公開發售股份9370萬股，國際發售股份9370萬股，另有15%超額配股權；每股發售股份的發售價定為11.60港元，每手買賣單位1000股；預期股份將於2020年7月15日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
香港發售股份獲大幅超額認購，公司合共接獲89,375份有效申請，認購合共約23.05億股香港發售股份，相當於香港公開發售初步可供認購香港發售股份總數1874萬股的約123.01倍。國際發售初步提呈的發售股份獲大幅超額認購，超額認購達國際發售初步可供認購發售股份總數的約16.0倍。
根據發售價每股發售股份11.60港元及根據與基石投資者訂立的基石投資協議，基石投資者認購的發售股份數目已獲釐定。GIC Private Limited已認購5379.3萬股股份、香港紫龍互娛有限公司已認購668.1萬股股份、SNK Corporation已認購534.4萬股股份、Cosmic Blue Investments Limited已認購467.6萬股股份、智冠科技股份有限公司已認購133.6萬股股份，總數為7183萬股股份，合共相當於(i)全球發售完成後公司已發行股本總數約9.12%；及(ii)全球發售項下發售股份數目約38.33%(假設超額配股權未獲行使)。
按發售價每股發售股份11.60港元計算，估計公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額約為20.391億港元(假設超額配股權未獲行使)。其中，所得款項淨額的約40%預期將用於增強公司的開發能力及技術以及擴大公司的遊戲組合；所得款項淨額的約20%預期將用於擴展公司的遊戲發行及運營業務，特別是海外市場；所得款項淨額的約20%預期將用於為行業價值鏈中的上下游業務進行戰略收購及投資提供資金，並對側重於泛娛樂或技術、媒體及電信的投資基金進行投資；所得款項淨額的約10%預期將用於擴大公司的IP儲備及豐富公司的內容供應；所得款項淨額的約10%預期將用於運營資金及一般企業用途。
