上海萊士(002252.SZ)半年度淨利潤預增68%~80%
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨上海萊士(002252.SZ)公佈,預計2020年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.95億元-7.45億元,同比增長68%~80%。主要變動原因有:
1、報告期內,公司重大資產重組標的GDS45%股權過户完成,公司享有自GDS股權過户後按投資比例45%計算的投資收益,是中期業績大幅增長的主要原因;
2、報告期內,公司主營業務發展平穩,公司進一步提升管理效能和運營水平,並取得了良好成效,2020年1-6月各項期間費用和計提的壞賬損失均較上年同期減少,對中期業績增長產生積極影響。
