綠領控股(00061.HK)建議按“20並1”進行股份合併
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨綠領控股(00061.HK)發佈公告,董事會建議將公司股本中每20股現有股份合併為1股合併股份。於該公佈日期,公司有約105.25億股繳足或入賬列作繳足的已發行現有股份。假設自該公佈日期起直至股東特別大會日期並無發行其他股份,於股份合併生效後,公司將有約5.26億股繳足或入賬列作繳足的已發行完整合並股份。
於該公佈日期,現有股份以每手10,000股現有股份於聯交所買賣。受限於並待股份合併生效後,建議將於聯交所買賣的每手買賣單位由10,000股現有股份更改為20,000股合併股份。根據於該公佈日期於聯交所所報的每股現有股份0.014港元的收市價計算,20,000股合併股份的每手買賣單位的價值為5,600港元(假設股份合併已生效)。
