五礦地產(00230.HK):廣州礦榮獲授14億元免息貸款額度
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨五礦地產(00230.HK)宣佈,於2020年7月13日,廣州礦榮(為公司非全資附屬公司)與其股東﹕即盛世廣業(為公司間接持有之全資附屬公司,其持有廣州礦榮51%股權)及廣州招商(為廣州礦榮餘下49%股權持有人)訂立該協議,據此,廣州礦榮可於2020年7月13日至2023年7月12日止期間,向盛世廣業(或其指定之中國內地同系附屬公司)及廣州招商,按相同的條款及條件,以其各自於廣州礦榮的股權比例,分別以委託貸款或直接提供不超過6.885億元人民幣及不超過6.615億元人民幣無抵押免息貸款。
