合肥城建(002208.SZ)與長鑫集成簽訂項目合作框架協議
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨合肥城建(002208.SZ)公佈，公司與長鑫集成簽訂了《項目合作框架協議》，合肥城建攜合肥工投工業科技發展有限公司(“工業科技”)憑藉在地產領域的豐富經驗，為長鑫集成提供廠區、辦公區、生活區等專業化項目代建等服務，致力於打造一流的企業生產、工作、生活環境。
項目概況：合肥長鑫集成電路製造基地項目總投資超過2200億元，選址位於合肥空港經濟示範區，佔地面積約15.2平方公里，由長鑫12吋存儲器晶圓製造基地(“基地”)、空港集成電路配套產業園、空港國際小鎮三個片區組成，主要圍繞長鑫存儲項目佈局上下游產業鏈配套，提供生活服務設施，致力於打造產城融合國家存儲產業基地、世界一流的存儲產業集羣。其中，長鑫12吋存儲器晶圓製造基地項目是中國大陸第一個投入量產的DRAM設計製造一體化項目，也是安徽省單體投資最大的工業項目，總投資約1500億元；空港集成電路配套產業園，位於基地以西，總投資超過200億元；合肥空港國際小鎮位於基地以北，規劃土地面積9.2平方公里，規劃總建築面積420萬平方米，總投資約500億元。合肥城建已於2019年6月21日通過間接參股合肥華僑城實業發展有限公司的方式參與合肥空港國際小鎮項目建設，此次項目合作框架協議內容不包含合肥空港國際小鎮項目。
意向合作內容：合肥城建成立三十多年來，專注於住宅地產、商業地產及寫字樓的開發建設。工業科技主要業務為建設和租售工業園區和標準化廠房，為政府、開發區、園區和企業開發建設工業地產項目和提供相關綜合性服務。合肥城建攜工業科技憑藉在地產領域的豐富經驗，將為項目提供廠區、辦公區、生活區等專業化項目代建等服務，致力於打造一流的企業生產、工作、生活環境。
此次項目合作框架協議涉及的代建業務是公司房地產開發主業之外的重要業務板塊，該框架協議的簽訂有利於提高公司代建業務的市場影響力，有利於公司代建業務規模的進一步擴大，對公司2020年度的生產經營無重大影響。公司將根據相關事項後續進展履行有關審批程序和信息披露義務。
