莎莎國際(00178.HK)第一財季整體零售及批發業務營業額按年下跌67.9%
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨莎莎國際(00178.HK)發佈公告,由2020年4月1日至6月30日止第一季度,集團整體零售及批發業務營業額按年下跌67.9%。在香港及澳門特區,零售及批發業務營業額按年下跌74.3%,同店銷售亦下調71.9%。受新冠肺炎疫情影響下,內地旅客人數低迷,導致集團的內地客交易宗數按年大跌98.4%,整體交易宗數錄得57.0%跌幅。而本地客的每宗交易平均金額下跌6.5%,因本地客每宗交易平均金額較小但交易宗數變為佔大多數,故整體每宗交易平均金額下跌42.0%。
目前,香港及澳門特區以本地客的銷售貢獻為主,為迎合他們的需求,集團正調整產品組合,加強防疫用品、個人護理產品等產品種類,既能增加原有顧客的忠誠度,也能擴寬客源。受惠於澳門特區政府於5月開始推出“消費補貼計劃”,帶動本地客的交易宗數上升,本地客銷售額於5月及6月均錄得雙位數的按年增長。
集團積極推動電子商貿的發展,尤其是能夠發揮莎莎美容顧問優勢的社交商貿。由於擁有個人服務元素,社交商貿在獨家產品銷售比例、毛利率和每宗交易金額的表現,潛力高於傳統網上銷售。而微信小程序於去年10月試行,以曾到訪香港及澳門特區零售店的內地客為目標客羣,進展理想,因為基數較低以及618購物節,第一季度的銷售按季上升逾2倍,惟尚未能完全彌補關閉中國內地購物網站的銷售損失。此外,集團亦已於5月下旬起試行利用社交媒體與香港特區的顧客進行互動及線上產品銷售。此外,直播是新的網購宣傳策略,莎莎於5月起嘗試在多個內地及本港社交平台進行直播,進一步吸納網上消費羣。
集團將繼續實施減省成本措施,包括爭取大幅度減租,以減低收支平衡點,並在已獲批的香港特區政府“保就業計劃”的工資補貼援助下,集團將會盡最大努力保障員工的生計。至於在集團層面,莎莎繼續嚴格控制存貨水平,以保留營運資金和控制存貨風險。集團整體的存貨水平已由2020年3月31日約10.00億港元進一步降低至2020年6月30日約8.39億港元,現金水平於2020年6月30日約為6.63億港元(已計入“保就業計劃”工資補貼援助約6,130萬港元),足以應付其現時業務所需。
集團希望新冠肺炎疫情將盡快減退,屆時香港及澳門特區政府將陸續放寬旅客入境強制檢疫措施,使香港及澳門特區的中國內地遊客數目及銷售逐步復甦。於第一季度,香港及澳門特區以外之市場(包括中國內地、馬來西亞和電子商貿)零售及批發業務營業額的跌幅為27.8%。期內,中國內地及馬來西亞仍然受新冠肺炎疫情影響,不過隨着店鋪分別於3月及5月起陸續重開,銷售按年跌幅已開始收窄。
