仙鶴股份(603733.SH)半年度淨利潤預增106.49%至121.79%
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨仙鶴股份(603733.SH)公佈，預計2020年半年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為2.7億元至2.9億元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加13924.42萬元至15924.42萬元，同比增加106.49%至121.79%；
歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為2.28億元至2.45億元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加9733.9萬元至11433.9萬元，同比增加74.50%至87.51%。業績預增的主要原因如下：
(一)報告期內，公司持續加快項目投資，2018年公司IPO募投項目已於2019年全面建成投產，並於2020年開始全面釋放產能；同時，公司可轉債募投項目中的哲豐PM6項目已於2020年3月投產並實現銷售。公司產品業務結構經調整優化日趨合理，綜合規模效益凸顯，單位生產成本下降。
(二)公司積極佈局和拓展新市場、研發新產品以及開發戰略性的價值客户。報告期內，公司與眾多行業知名客户形成了技術和市場上的戰略性合作，在迅速實現效益，促使優勢產品轉化為銷售和利潤增加的同時，為後續的共同合作發展奠定了基礎。
(三)報告期內，由於防疫抗疫需要，公司的一次性食品紙基包裝材料與高端紙基型防疫類原材料銷量大幅增加。2020年上半年公司食品與醫療包裝用紙系列產品預計實現銷售3.3億元至3.4億元，同比增加46.74%至51.19%，佔公司主營業務收入佔比從2019年的11.66%提高到16.80%至17.31%。其中一次性食品紙基包裝材料預計實現銷售2.35億元至2.4億元，同比增加84.60%至88.53%，醫用透析紙類產品實現銷售5750萬元至5800萬元，同比增加50.51%至51.82%，但醫用包裝材料整體佔公司主營業務收入比例仍然較小，為4.91%至4.94%，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
(四)報告期內，公司進一步加大研發投入，隨着電子信息化、自動化的飛速發展，電解電容器紙應用越來越廣，電解電容器紙類材料用於幫助電容器進行穩定的電能和電量的儲存，被廣泛應用於電視機、電腦、空調、特殊照明等消費領域以及工業通訊電源、專業變頻器、數控伺服系統、手機數碼、5G户外基站等5G配套設施中。公司為國內重要的電子元件材料生產配套企業，產品具有下游認證嚴苛，質量穩定性要求高等特點，行業技術門檻相對較高。公司於2018年開發出XHG系列固體電容器專用電解紙，2019年開發出MT系列寬温特性(零下55°C-125°C電容器性能穩定)電解紙，都在2020年實現了較好的銷售增長。報告期內，預計實現銷售收入較上年同期增加20.74%至21.60%，實現了較快的增長，但電解電容器紙整體佔公司主營業務收入比例仍然較小，為1.43%至1.44%，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
(五)報告期內，公司的降本增效措施得到了有效的實施，通過優化公司上下游產業鏈使得營業成本整體下降，公司產品整體毛利率增長明顯。
(六)相比2019年同期，大宗原材料價格保持在低位，促使報告期內公司整體毛利率提升。
