國聯水產(300094.SZ)採購到貨的2019年12月以後生產的凍蝦商品中 無海關總署公告的三家企業生產的商品
格隆匯 7 月 10日丨國聯水產(300094.SZ)公佈，2020年7月10日，中華人民共和國海關總署(“海關總署”)發佈《關於暫停厄瓜多爾3家生產企業在華註冊有關事宜的公告》(海關總署公告2020年第81號)。公告稱，近日，海關從厄瓜多爾3家企業進口凍蝦的集裝箱內壁和外包裝樣本中檢出新冠病毒核酸陽性6個，蝦體和內包裝樣本檢測結果均為陰性。經核酸序列分析並經專家研判，檢測結果提示3家企業產品的集裝箱環境、貨物外包裝存在被新冠病毒污染的風險，這3家企業的食品安全管理制度落實不到位。
接此公告後，公司高度重視，於第一時間對公司進口貨品源頭及路徑開展排查。經查實，公司採購到貨的2019年12月以後生產的凍蝦商品中，無該三家企業生產的商品。具體説明如下：
1、公司是國內最大的綜合水產食品提供商，佈局了“國內為主、海外為輔”的全球供應鏈。公司2019年在國內銷售的對蝦產品中，自厄瓜多爾採購的比重僅為7.42%。考慮到全球新冠病毒蔓延的不確定性影響，公司於今年以來進一步加大了自國內的採購比重，確保了供應鏈的安全可控。
2、自新冠病毒疫情發生以來，公司嚴格把控原料驗收、生產過程、成品檢驗等各個環節，做到安全無污染，並對作業人員和廠區環境採取了嚴苛的疫情防控措施。
3、6月份以來，公司會同大型商超、電商新零售平台、食品餐飲客户增加了新冠病毒檢測環節(部分檢測報告見附件)，着力杜絕任何可能的外界因素對食品安全造成影響。截至目前，公司未發生任何一起產品或作業人員病毒感染案例。
4、公司密切關注全球疫情走勢，已及時將我國及公司的疫情防控經驗分享給供應商。下一步，公司將對供應商的疫情防控執行情況開展監督。
