台积电据报就美国封杀华为提交意见陈述 意味仍争取向华为供货
台湾《经济日报》报道,市传台积电就美国政府进一步封杀华为,向美国当局提交意见陈述,意味台积电仍争取向华为供货。
台积电已依循美国5月15日的新出口禁令,停止接受华为旗下海思半导体的新订单,并在120天宽限期内赶工交货。台积电董事长刘德音早前表示,会持续观察美方禁令的目的,与及禁令的执行程度,暗示会寻求方法向华为供货。
美国最新禁令要求所有使用含美国技术的企业,向华为供货前须得美国政府批准,并设120天宽限期。美国商务部於7月14日前收集各方意见,其後可向美国申请有关许可。(fc/U)~
