洛陽鉬業(03993.HK)與Triple Flag訂立金屬購買和銷售協議 Triple Flag將支付5.5億美元現金預付款
格隆匯7月12日丨洛陽鉬業(03993.HK)公佈，於2020年7月10日，公司全資子公司與Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp.旗下全資子公司Triple Flag Mining Finance Bermuda Ltd.訂立金屬購買和銷售協議，據此，Triple Flag將支付一筆5.5億美元的現金預付款，公司參照位於澳大利亞新南威爾士州的北帕克斯礦的協議約定礦區內的所生產銷售金銀產品的一定比例交付金銀給Triple Flag。
根據金屬流協議，Triple Flag將支付一筆5.5億美元的現金預付款，且對根據金屬流協議交付的每盎司產品，Triple Flag將按現貨金銀價格的10%支付額外貨款。作為交換，洛陽鉬業對Triple Flag承諾的交貨量為：北帕克斯礦金產量的54%，至累計交貨量達63萬盎司後，開始按27%交貨；以及北帕克斯礦銀產量的80%，至累計交貨量達900萬盎司後，開始按40%交貨。
據悉，北帕克斯礦是一座開發成熟的在產銅金礦山，位於澳大利亞新南威爾士州中部，距離帕克斯市西北27公里。北帕克斯礦發現於1976年，自1993年起開始運營，通過採用高度機械化和高效的自然崩落和分段崩落採礦法，現已成為全球成本最低的銅礦山之一。北帕克斯礦擁有一家傳統浮選廠，礦石年處理量達640萬噸，浮選廠目前正在進行擴產，預計2020年底完工後，年處理量將達760萬噸。截至2019年12月31日，北帕克斯礦基礎儲量包括73萬噸銅、95萬盎司黃金和820萬盎司白銀，礦山壽命長達數十年，另外還包括267萬噸銅、311萬盎司黃金和2,891萬盎司白銀的資源量，可勘探土地面積達1,060平方公里，採礦許可證的許可鑽探深度可達200米以下，勘探潛力巨大。北帕克斯礦在儲量替代和礦山壽命延長方面經驗豐富，自2001年以來累計生產約90萬噸銅和100萬盎司黃金，2019年共生產3.6萬噸銅、2.5萬盎司黃金和30.8萬盎司白銀。
