通達集團(00698.HK)預計中期淨利同比減少85%-95%
格隆匯7月10日丨通達集團(00698.HK)公告,根據目前可得資料及董事會對集團截至2020年5月31日止5個月的未經公司核數師及審計委員會審核或審閲未經審核管理帳目初步審閲及分析,預計於截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司股東應占溢利將較去年同期的3.15億港元減少85%至95%。
董事會認為,公司股東應占溢利較去年同期下降主要由於(i)現有產品面對激烈的競爭,同時期內新型冠狀病毒疫情蔓延至全球各地導致集團預期的產品升級受到延誤,引致集團毛利及毛利率下跌;及(ii)期內集團預期錄得匯兑虧損淨額,而去年同期則錄得匯兑收益淨額約8560萬港元。
