天宜上佳(688033.SH)半年度淨利潤預降74.86%左右
格隆匯 7 月 10日丨天宜上佳(688033.SH)公佈，預計2020年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將減少11477.63萬元，同比減少74.86%左右；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將減少11201.44萬元，同比減少72.73%左右。
公司的主營產品為動車組粉末冶金閘片及合成閘片/閘瓦，是軌道交通車輛的核心關鍵零部件，屬於易耗品，制動閘片的使用程度與車輛的開行及運行效率高度相關。
年初境內新冠疫情爆發，為減少疫情感染風險，各地均出台防疫防控政策，境內人員流動大幅減少，鐵路交通作為我國交通運輸的主力軍,在疫情防控工作中發揮支撐物資保障作用的同時，其鐵路客運服務也受到巨大的衝擊。之後隨着國內疫情逐漸穩定，鐵路客運服務有所回暖，但隨着5月份境內部分地區疫情的二次反彈，鐵路客運服務的回暖再次遇阻。2020年1至6月份，全國鐵路發送旅客8.18億人次，同比下降53.9%，全路列車上半年平均運用效率僅有45.76%，報告期內客户需求量下降。同時，公司及公司產業鏈上下游企業復工時間延遲，受此影響，公司與客户已簽定合同的執行進度也大幅放緩，目前，公司已簽訂合同完成比例僅為17.6%。
受上述因素影響，2020年1-6月主營業務收入1422.62萬元，與去年同期相比降低55.25%，主營業務收入下滑是公司淨利潤下滑的主要原因。
非經常性損益的影響：面對疫情，公司積極投身疫情防控工作，主動承擔社會責任，向海淀區人民政府、武漢市慈善總會以及中國擁軍優屬基金會捐贈了用於新型冠狀病毒疫情的防疫工作的口罩及現金共計498.28萬元；
會計處理的影響：公司於2019年11月21日成立了北京天佑新轡高新技術有限公司，並於2020年05月28日成立了北京大地坤通檢測技術有限公司。對比去年上半年同期，公司新增了對這兩家子公司的並表，由於公司成立時間較短，尚未取得盈利，因此公司在2020年度上半年因為對這兩家子公司的並表對公司造成的損益約為-500萬元；
2020年上半年北京天仁道和新材料有限公司以及天宜上佳(天津)新材料有限公司在建工程轉固定資產，增加固定資產折舊對公司造成的損益約為-500萬元。
